Each room has its own safe box, free of charge.

Guests can enjoy free Wi-fi access in all rooms and public areas.
What are the standard ‘check-in’ and ‘check-out’ times of the hotel?
Guests can check in at 14:00 and check out at 12:00.
Are there any rooms adapted for persons with disabilities?
Yes.
Do the rooms include ironing facilities?
Unfortunately, we don’t, but we do offer a laundry service at a charge.
Do the rooms include tea & coffee facilities?
Yes
Can I request a room upgrade while staying in the hotel?
Yes, room upgrades are available with a respective charge, but this always depends on hotel occupancy. As some months are at high occupancy (especially May to October), please book the desired room type and/or view, when making your booking to avoid disappointment.
Do the rooms feature a mini bar or fridge?
The rooms do not have a mini bar but they are equipped with a mini-fridge for our guests to use as they desire.
My return flight back home is late. Can I book a ‘late check-out’ directly with the hotel while I am in the resort?
The hotel welcomes guest requests but your late check-out cannot be guaranteed until your departure date. Availability of late check-out rooms always depends on respective arrivals.
Current charges for a ‘late check-out’ room are €80 until 18:00 (local time).
I have booked a ‘late check-out’ apartment. Will I be able to keep the same apartment I have been staying in?
We will consider every request and will do our utmost to help make your late check-out as seamless and stress-free as possible. However, this is on request and upon availability, as your room may be needed for guests arriving early on the day you depart. On the day of your departure, please kindly check if it is possible to keep the same room at the reception. If not, you’ll be asked to check-out from your original room at 12 noon and you’ll be given a different room to enjoy for the remainder of the day.

Do you provide beach towels or do I have to bring my own?
Yes, we do provide beach towels to all guests, free of charge. You can replace beach towels with fresh ones every three days from the lifeguard by the main pool.
Is there a ‘dress code’ for dinner at the restaurant?
The dress code for all Louis Breeze restaurants is smart casual. We kindly ask our guests to avoid entering our restaurants in swimwear, barefoot, or wearing sleeveless T-shirts.
If we choose to stay at another Louis hotel (sister hotel), would it be possible to visit your hotel and use your hotel’s services and facilities?
For your utmost comfort and safety, the hotel's leisure facilities are reserved only for our in-house residents. You are welcome to dine at our restaurants or enjoy a drink at one of our bars for a charge.
